THE 18th KWF-Tagung will take place from 1–4 July 2020, in Schwarzenborn, Hessia, Germany.
Across 140 ha of field and forest area, approximately 500 exhibitors from over 25 countries will present their latest state-of-the-art technological developments, with 50,000 trade visitors expected to attend.
The KWF-Tagung consists of three elements – the KWF-Expo (forestry machines and innovations show), in-field demonstrations and the congress.
Products from all areas of forestry technology will be shown – from splitting wedges to personal protective equipment, chainsaws and log splitters to large machines including ICT, timber transport, municipal applications, energy engineering and occupational safety.
Outstanding innovations are awarded with KWF-innovation medals and laureates, and nominees will also give audiences a broad impression of the innovative strength and inventiveness of forestry technology.
Modern forestry technology will be presented in live operation at the in-field demonstrations.
