JOHN Deere has expanded its Gator utility vehicle range with the diesel XUV 875M, offering increased cargo capacity, enhanced comfort and improved functionality.
The UTV is powered by a 22.8 hp engine, boasts a fuel tank capacity of 42.4 litres, and can sit three people.
Its redesigned cargo box can hold 454 kg - 13 per cent more than the XUV865M model - while fully independent suspension provides 203 mm of travel at the front and 229 mm at the rear.

Peter Nelder, product manager for Gator Utility Vehicles & Compact Utility Tractors in Europe, said: “The redesigned cargo box on the Gator XUV 875M is a very significant improvement, offering more space and functionality for our customers.
"The added width and integrated clamping points provide users with greater flexibility and convenience, making it easier to carry and secure a variety of items.”
The design of the rear suspension has been updated, with new shock absorbers to boost the comfort. Other improvements include moving the air intake 30 cm higher to protect the engine, while the new CVT air intake and exhaust help to protect it from debris, water and mud.
At the rear, the cargo box has been widened to boost capacity and minimise mud sling from the tyres, and a 12 V power port has been added. Five divider slots along the side, with three at the front, help to secure items and it is possible to create a second level of storage.
The tailgate has been redesigned to provide a flat work surface, with metric and imperial measurements, a V-groove for cutting materials such as piping, and cup holders.
The John Deere Gator XUV 875M utility vehicle will be available to dealers starting spring 2025.
