THE UK’s first Magni forestry specification telehandler has been delivered to a customer in Wales.
Field and Forest Machinery supplied the RTH 6.31 to R Jenkins and Son in Hay-on-Wye, Powys, where it will be used on utility arboriculture projects, demonstrating its versatility and advanced capabilities.
Equipped with a Westtech CS750 grapple saw, the model also featured an RFID tag for real-time load chart monitoring, ensuring precision and safety for forestry operations.

Additional attachments supplied included:
- A 3.5-tonne winch
- A man basket for elevated work
- A 6-tonne hook
- Pallet forks for versatile material handling

Replacing the popular RTH 6.30, the RTH 6.31 is the next-generation model from Magni. It features significant upgrades, including improved lifting capacity, an extra 1 metre of lifting height, enhanced cab visibility, and a redesigned interior with a tilting seat for unparalleled operator vision and comfort. Its upgraded electrical architecture and operating screen further enhances performance and reliability.
Notably, Magni is the only manufacturer to fully homologate and warrant for use of both Westtech and GMT grapple saws.
